Non-Hodgkins lymphoma (NHL) occurs in the lymph nodes and (or) extranodal lymphoid tissues. The incidence rate of NHL has increased steadily over the past several decades. It has become the ninth malignant tumors of the incidence.Early diagnosis and treatment will significantly increase the survival rate of patients. One of the major applications of metabonomics is disease diagnosis. Many metabolites are the final downstream products of genome and reflect best the operation of the biological system. To date, global metabolic profiling of human biofluids has been increasingly used as an effective tool for disease diagnosis to elucidate significant changes in tumor metabolism, to explore candidate "biomarkers" from variance within a huge number of endogenous metabolites and to characterize the biological pathways.
