近年来随着胶凝材料体系的复杂化,混凝土早期放热量增加,混凝土结构体的冷缩量随之增加,地下室外墙因冷缩开裂的工程案例频频出现,给工程师们带来了很大的困扰。如何延缓混凝土早期水化热的释放,降低最高温度,减小冷缩量值,防止混凝土结构出现冷缩裂缝成为摆在施工单位面前一项急需解决的问题。HC-SA-R水化热抑制型膨胀剂具有抑制水泥水化反应速率,推迟水化最高温峰的出现,同时降低水化最高温度的效果,在工程中使用能够起到控制冷缩开裂的效果。
