  High-performance organic thin film transistor(OTFT)is largely required for realizing flexible electronics,especially it is urgent to enhance the relative lower-performance n-type OTFT1,2.Two crucial impact factors are the conductivity of the organic semiconductor and the interfacial property between the semiconductor and the Gate substrate.
