Objective:To investigate the clinical result of the treatment of complex proximal humerus fracture with the locking proximal humerus plate combined with rehabilitation.Methods:25 patients including 15 men and 10 women with proximal humerus fracture were treated with the locking proximal humerus plate and received 4 stages systematic rehabilitation from January 2004 to June 2005.The average age of patients was 41 years.
