C-type lectins (CTLs) play important roles in invertebrate innate immunity by recognizing and eliminating pathogens.This study identified three novel C-type lectins,designated as MnCTLDcp1,MnCTLDcp2 and MnCTLDcp3,from the oriental river prawn Macrobrachium nipponense.These three genes were encoded 332,323 and 184 amino acids,respectively.The deduced MnCTLDcp1,MnCTLDcp2 and MnCTLDcp3 proteins all contained a single C-type lectin-like domain (CTLD).Besides,MnCTLDcp1 and MnCTLDcp2 both contains a signal peptide and a low-density lipoprotein receptor class A (LDLa) domain.
