　　Objective To investigate the effect of nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney herbs on the changes of bone metabolism and bone mass in the hydrocortisone-induced osteoporosis rats.Methods Hydrocortisone 15 mg / kg were injected every other day for 8 weeks time to establish the osteoporosis model of rats.Nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney herbs were gavaged once daily for 8 weeks,then we detected BMD,bone metabolism,bone mass and bone histomorphometry static indicators.
