选择500 kg左右体重的西门塔尔肉牛9头,随机分为3个处理,每个处理3头牛,每头牛1个重复,粗饲料分别饲喂酒糟和稻草秸秆、青贮高粱、青贮苎麻和玉米秸秆。结果表明,在生长性能方面:青贮苎麻与玉米秸秆组和酒糟组较青贮高粱组末重分别提高了4.67%和4.27%,差异显著(P<0.05);平均日增重分别提高了50.00%和52.33%,差异显著(P<0.05);在血清生化指标方面:三个处理组总蛋白、白蛋白、碱性磷酸酶差异不显著(P>0.05);青贮苎麻与玉米秸秆组较酒糟、稻草秸秆组球蛋白、血糖分别降低了76.31%、25.51%,差异显著(P<0.05);较青贮高粱组分别降低了78.37%、27.00%;青贮苎麻与玉米秸秆组较酒糟、稻草秸秆组低密度脂蛋白降低了5.38%,差异显著(P<0.05);较青贮高粱组降低了20.90%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。在血清尿素氮方面,青贮苎麻与玉米秸秆组较青贮高粱组提高了29.66%,差异不显著(P>0.05),但较酒糟、稻草秸秆组降低了22.34%,差异显著(P<0.05);在高密度脂蛋白方面:青贮苎麻与玉米秸秆组较青贮高粱组降低了29.84%,差异不显著(P>0.05),但较酒糟、稻草秸秆组降低了43.46%,差异显著(P<0.05)。
Nine Simmental beef cattle weighing 500 kg were selected and randomly divided into three treatments, each with three cattle, one replicate per cow. The roughage was fed to distillers grain and straw, silage sorghum, silage ramie and corn Straw. The results showed that in the aspect of growth performance, the final weights of silage ramie, corn stalk and distiller ’s grains were 4.67% and 4.27% higher than that of silage sorghum respectively (P <0.05), and the average daily gain was increased by 50.00% and (P <0.05). In terms of serum biochemical parameters, the total protein, albumin and alkaline phosphatase in the three treatment groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05) Compared with silage sorghum, the content of globulin and blood sugar decreased by 76.31% and 25.51% respectively in straw group (P <0.05), but decreased by 78.37% and 27.00% in silage sorghum group. Compared with that in silage and straw group, Lipoprotein decreased by 5.38% (P <0.05), but decreased by 20.90% compared with silage sorghum group (P> 0.05). In terms of serum urea nitrogen, the silage ramie and corn stover group increased by 29.66% compared with the silage sorghum group, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05), but decreased by 22.34% compared with the stillage and straw stalk group (P <0.05). In high density lipoprotein, the silage ramie and corn stover group decreased by 29.84% compared with the silage sorghum group, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05), but was 43.46% lower than that of the stillage and straw stalk group (P <0.05) .
