超宽频智能蒙皮天线结构力学性能测试

  智能蒙皮天线结构是一种多功能复合材料结构,能将机载天线集成到飞机的复合材料结构中.使用对数螺旋天线作为内植超宽频天线,在0.8GHz~8GHz频率范围内,VSWR基本上保持不变.然而植入天线必将导致整体结构力学性能的改变.通过面内压缩试验和三点弯曲试验来研究结构承载能力变化.试验结果表明,相对于未植入天线的夹层结构,超宽频智能蒙皮天线结构(BSSAS)面内抗压刚度提高了112%,面内抗压承载能力提高了117%,面外抗弯刚度提高了26%,面外抗弯能力提高了17%,超宽频螺旋天线的植入大幅提高了结构的面内抗压能力,同时一定程度上改善了结构的面外抗弯能力.
