以可溶性淀粉为基体,戊二醛(GA)为交联剂制备出含不同铁离子浓度的淀粉-Fe(Ⅲ)水凝胶,并在其交联的过程中施加不同的电场强度.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、红外(IR)和热重(TGA)分析其微观形貌和结构;通过动态粘弹谱仪(DMA)测试其储能模量,探讨外加电场对水凝胶力学性能的影响.结果表明,该水凝胶对外加电场有正响应:随着外加电场强度增大,水凝胶对电场作用的响应性能越大;另外,随着Fe3+浓度的增大,水凝胶的储能模量值先增大后减小.
