我国快速城市化进程中，出现了大量城市问题和城市管理问题。传统的城市管理方式遇到了大量挑战。特别是新型城镇化战略的提出，呼唤着新的城市治理理论。本文通过对城市治理模式的分析、城市治理对公司治理理论的借鉴分析，认为城市治理应参照企业治理结构向企业家式治理模式转变。为此，提出了建立有中国特色的城市治理结构，并分析了城市治理的经济学模型及其意义。

中国国企“官员型”高管薪酬管制的经济学分析--基于委托人“不平等厌恶”的理论模型
转型期国有企业高管的薪酬管制与管制下层出不穷的"天价"薪酬成为社会热点。本文从政府对国有企业初次分配的"公平"偏好入手考察薪酬管制的有效性。从国企高管薪酬历史沿革看，"官员型"身份和政治激励是政府"公平"偏好的制度性根源；通过纳入委托人"不平等厌恶"偏好的多任务"委托-代理"模型分析得出的结论表明，正是这种政府干预下的政治身份和政治激励使得追求"公平分配"的政府得以实施薪酬管制，但这种管制从理论上
