Tunable non-linear switching dynamics and nonvolative memory characteristic of memristor have attracted intensified research interest,because of great potential applications in high-effective information storage and processing.Involving novel material systems,especially comprising organic properties such as lightweight,low cost,large-area processability and flexibility,into this fascinating field could greatly extend its application range,since currently reported memristors mainly focus on inorganic systems such as transition metal oxides,ferroelectric and magnetic tunnel junctions,and phase change materials.
