Endoconidioma is an endoconidial coelomycetous fungi typified by E.populi.During a survey on the saprophytic, endophytic and parasitic fungi associated with grapevine and walnut trees in Kurdistan Province of Iran, some 500 isolates oftenly belong to ascomyceteous fungi were collected.Isolation and purification were done using single spore method or by transferring pieces of disinfested symptomatic or asymptomatic tissues to half-strength potato-dextrose agar (1/2 PDA).
