With the studies on the mechanism and the rapid development of practical applications, plant immune elicitors including microbial protein elicitor and oligosaccharides have been rapidly exploited.By illustrating the three-way interactions involving plants, pest and biological pesticides, plant immune elicitors are exploited as novel bio-pesticides for control of pests.The elicitors are popular areas of research and the novel bio-pesticides inevitably accelerate the development of new biological pesticide industry.In the study membrane proteins and immune proteins were selected for in vivo and in vitro interaction verification, co-immunoprecipitation, bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BIFC).The receptor of microbial immunity induced resistance protein was found in the membrane of tobacco cell.The results showed that the recognition receptor candidate of PeaT1 in tobacco cells was a protein of 197 amino acids with a 22kDa transmembrane polypeptide.Further results indicated that the plant immune proteins improved tobacco resistance to TMV virus by up-regulated both the plant resistance gene and protein expression levels.In recent years, the plant immune microbial protein elicitors have been applied to many areas, such as rice and tea in Liuzhou city, apple in Shangqiu city Henan province, strawberries and tomatoes in Beijing city, etc.The elicitors improved crop resistance, increase crop yields and improve crop quality.The research and develop in immune proteins and oligosaccharides elicitors have good prospects and practical meaning.
