Propylene is one of the most important chemical materials.At present, propylene is mostly produced as a by-product in production ofethene from steam cracking and oil refining.Driven by the consumption of the derivatives, the need for propylene is growing faster recently.Due to the petroleum shortage in the future and the low prices of meathanol, developing new technologies of propylene productuion are required.Instead of the petroleum route, conversion of methanol to propylene(MTP) is one important way to produce propylene.
