局部复发鼻咽癌再程适形调强放射治疗的

【摘要】

：

目的回顾分析局部复发鼻咽癌再程适形调强放射治疗(IMRT)的长期疗效、远期毒副反应以及独立预后因素.材料和方法共345例诊断为局部复发鼻咽癌且接受再程IMRT纳入分析.男性268例,中位年龄45岁(21-75岁),T1、T2、T3、T4分别为41例、36例、122例、136例,大体肿瘤体积(GTV-nx)中位值为37.5cm3,GTVnx处方剂量为60-70Gy.
