Background Quality Control Circle is rely on the personnel from the same,related or complementary department,the activity combines the efforts of the team and collective wisdom to achieve continuous work quality improvement and perfection in the performance of management.Quality circles first created by Dr.Kaoru Ishikawa in Japan in 1962.QCC has been adopted in the domestic medical and healthcare fields gradually.We applied QCC in reducing incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in intubated ventilated patients after coronary stent implantation.
