  Circulating tumor cells(CTCs)are cancer cells which are slip from either elementary tumor cells or distortional sites.[1] The major cause of death in cancer patients is distant metastasis.Cancer cell exfoliation,invasion and entry into circulation system are the necessary steps with metastasis,which providing an important basis for the tumor metastasis identification [2,3].However,CTCs are found in blood at extremely low concentrations[4].In this research,we manufactured a device containing many liner arrays of micropillars on the PDMS chip which was based on the lithography technology.Capture step was carried out after modifying with epithelial cell adhesion molecules antibodies(anti-EpCAM)on the PDMS,then nanogold-enwrapped silica nanocomposites(Si/AuNPs)as bionanolabel modified with horseradish peroxidase(HRP)-conjugated anti-CA153 was developed to quantify CTC.The result has great scientific senses and clinical value in early diagnosis,monitoring of tumor recurrence,antitumor drug evaluation and treatment of cancer disease.
