Most of the civil infrastructure is exposed to severe environmental and service loadings during their life time.Especially,the extreme events like typhoon,hurricane,earthquake,and overloaded traffic may cause severe damage on the infrastructure,which is closely related to the public safety.The current state of the structure is determined maintenance and reinforcement of infrastructures.Physical quantity of the structure is measured by a variety of sensors to identify current structure status.
