本文针对以供水为主的水库群多年运行的优化调度,从扩大水库系统的供水量和提高供水可靠性的原则出发,建立了一个多目标递阶分析的数学模型。这个模型首先把库群多年运行问题分解成一系列年运行子系统——以库群年供水量最大和库群年末蓄水量最大为目标的多目标线性规划。求得这些子系统的非劣解以后,再用一个多目标离散动态规划收集子系统优化的有关信息,从库群多年运行的全局出发,确定库群运行的策略。利用这个模型分析了“引滦工程”水库群多年运行的效益、库群多年调节性能和年内运行规则,提出了水库管理运行的若干建议。
Aiming at the optimal operation of water supply based reservoirs for many years, a mathematical model of multi-objective hierarchical analysis is established based on the principle of expanding the water supply of reservoirs and improving the reliability of water supply. The model first decomposes the multi-year operation of the group into a series of annual run-time subsystems-a multi-objective linear programming aiming at maximizing the annual water supply of the reservoir and maximizing the storage of water at the end of the reservoir. After obtaining the non-inferior solutions of these subsystems, a multi-objective discrete dynamic programming is then used to collect the information about the optimization of the subsystems. From the overall situation of the operation of the cluster for many years, the strategies for the operation of the cluster are determined. This model is used to analyze the benefit of multi-year operation of reservoir diversion project, the multi-year regulation performance of reservoir group and the operation rules during the year, and put forward some suggestions on reservoir management and operation.
