Twitter创始人威廉姆斯说,互联网的本质是满足人们需求的巨大机器.因为它发现并解决用户的微小痛点,另外围绕用户的众多需求做减法,找到一个点进行突破;最后是对人性的解放,换句话说是对人的理解,而不是对技术的关注.什么是互联网思维?就是脑残用户的思维模式,我们做教育做培训的人,也不能用传统的思维看待自己的工作.
