  Based on the influence of the sensitivity and gain control of the photoelectric detector on the dynamic range of the laser seeker,a method for improving the dynamic range of the laser seeker was presented.Firstly the test for measuring the photoelectric detector sensitivity and saturated amplitude was built,The influence of sensitivity and saturation amplitude on dynamic range of seeker were obtained; Secondly the relationship between sensitivity,saturation amplitude,gain control and dynamic range were analyzed in theory,and the method for avoiding the saturation of the detector in the process of gain control was designed.The results indicated that the method could meet the 5.0V saturation amplitude detector which could provide a dynamic range of 110dB.

In this work,we report on the formation and characterization of monomode KTiOPO4 waveguide at 1529 nm by 6.0 MeV C3+ion implantation with the dose of 2×1015 ions/cm2 and Rb+-K+ion exchange,respectivel
