　　A new microwave-absorbing material was prepared by electroless plating and coprecipitation method through double-coating cobalt-nickel metal (Co/Ni) and magnetite (Fe3O4) particles on cenospheres.The crystal phase, microstructure, magnetic property and microwave absorbing properties of the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray diffraction (XRD), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and vector network analyzer.
