Single emission "turn-on" fluorescence probes have demonstrated great potential in biomedical applications.However, inaccuracy caused by autofluorescence of biological specimen or fluctuating parameters of instrumentation leads to unreliable signal readout, hampering precise projection of intrinsic biological phenomena, which prompts chemists to exploit new solution to enhance the detection accuracy To avoid above mentioned problems, a fluorophore system emitting two distinct fluorescence signals is an ideal alternative.
