Now sepsis treatment remains an acute problem in oncology owing to immunosupression.It is a result of system inflammatory reaction and consequently the situation require fast and effective measures for elimination of inflammation trigger factors and mediators from an organism of the patients (cytokines, bacterial exo-and endotoxines).This problem is priority for extracorporeal detoxification.Necessity of elimination of wide spectrum substances characterized different physical and chemical properties from blood proves application non selective and non specific methods like hemosorbtion.
