We investigated the photocurrent behavior of genuinely 2D material graphene and excitonic physics of valleytronic 2D semiconductors with high valley polarization,by polarized light.In multilayer graphene with restored inversion symmetry and band gap opening,we observed large tunable circular photogalvanic current.In monolayer MoS2 with broken inversion symmetry and strong spin-orbit coupling,we demonstrated large photocurrent dichroism due to the circular photogalvanic effect upon resonant excitation.
