为了进一步降低光伏硅片生产的成本,基于目前铸锭炉炉体,对热场进行G5升级成G6,甚至G7的改造成为趋势,但是铸锭生长的散热方式没有进一步改进,因此G6等大锭的质量没有显著提高。我们的高效热场改造,融合了GT型及ALD型铸锭炉的优势,简单的通过底部保温毡的优化设计,形成了隔热笼及底部保温毡打开的双重散热方式,既加大了散热量,又使得工艺过程中的散热量精确可控,对晶体生长初期的过冷度,及定向凝固过程中的驱动力控制非常有效,因此是生长高效多晶的一个简单方法。
