根据GenBank中Ⅰ型鸭肝炎病毒的基因组序列,应用Oligo6.0软件设计合成了2对特异性引物,建立了Ⅰ型鸭肝炎病毒的巢式RT-PCR检测方法.结果显示,该检测方法具有特异性强、敏感性高、重复性好等优点,可以准确快速检测出极低含量(1pg)的Ⅰ型鸭肝炎病毒.本研究解决了该病在组织病料中检出困难的难题,为工型鸭病毒性肝炎的快速诊断、净化及深入研究奠定了基础.
