  Recognized behaviours of the polyphenols containing in different sorts of tea are their strong antioxidant activity, and caffeine are stimulatory action.In the conventional micellar electrokinetic chromatography with a positive polarity electroosmotic flow is towards the cathode situated on the detector, but negatively charged micelles are migrated in the opposite direction.Thus the solutes are partitioned in a chromatographic fashion.Reversed-flow MEKC is conducted under complete suppression of electroosmotic flow, the use of acidic micellar solutions at pH below 2.5.Analytes are separated based on their differential partitioning between the aqueous mobile phase and the hydrophobic interior of the anionic micelles, which is towards the anodic capillary outlet.
