包覆型聚苯酯对高温封严涂层性能影响的研究

  高温可磨耗封严涂层主要以结合强度、硬度、可磨耗性和抗热震为性能衡量指标,孔隙的数量、形貌可以调节陶瓷涂层的结合强度和硬度,改善热震性能和可磨耗性能,高温封严涂层一般采用聚苯酯、h-BN 为造孔剂。为此,将氧化铝溶胶包覆聚苯酯,应用SEM、FIIR、XPS 等对涂层的形貌、热稳定性、元素进行表征,比较改性后的聚苯酯对涂层碳沉积、孔隙率、孔形貌的影响。结果表明:包覆型聚苯酯制备的涂层残有少量的碳沉积,在保证结合强度的情况下,提高涂层的孔隙率5%~10%,孔径变小,孔隙数量增多,提高表面硬度。
