Systems biology has become the dominant tendency of contemporary scientific development.Its view is consistent with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in some aspects.In this study,a theoretical framework is established for the TCM cold syndrome through the combination of macro-syndromes with micro-omics (transcriptomics and genomics).
