采用人工投虫方法,研究了斜纹夜蛾对3种不同波长的诱虫灯的趋向性特点以及夜蛾不同日龄和夜间不同时段对趋光率的影响情况,结果表明:1日龄至5日龄的成虫扑灯率较高,即5日龄以前斜纹夜蛾比较活跃,除2日龄成虫反应率稍低以外,其他各日龄期成虫反应率均在20%以上,而6日龄成虫反应率低于5%。斜纹夜蛾成虫趋光性在夜间时段上的差异表现:在20:00至20:30成虫扑灯总数占整个观察时段的41.57%,也即投虫后0.5h扑灯率达到最高,然后逐渐走低,1h后扑灯率达到最小值,往后又逐渐回升。结果还表明,斜纹夜蛾成虫的趋光性对3种不同波长的光源具有明显的差异性。
The artificial insects-feeding method was used to study the tendency of Spodoptera litura on three kinds of light traps with different wavelengths and the influence of different day-old and night-time on the light-inducing rate. The results showed that from 1 day old to 5 Day-old adult litter rate is higher, that is, before the 5th day of age, Spodoptera exigua more active, except for the 2-day-old adult slightly lower rate of response, the adult rate of all other age were more than 20%, and 6-day-old Adult response rate of less than 5%. The differences in the phototaxis of adult Spodoptera litura between nighttime and the nighttime showed that the total number of adult flashlights accounted for 41.57% of the whole observation period from 20:00 to 20:30, that is, the highest rate of flashlights 0.5 h after the insect injection, then gradually decreased, 1h after the flash rate reached the minimum, then gradually picked up. The results also show that the light of adult Spodoptera litura light source of three different wavelengths have significant differences.
