目的:探索幽门螺杆菌临床标本的最佳运送条件和最适培养基.方法:将实验菌株加入小牛血清、牛奶运送液,分别置不同温度及气体环境6h后接种于哥伦比亚血琼脂微需氧培养;将20例临床标本分别接种于MH和哥伦比亚血琼脂微需氧培养5天,比较分离效果.结果:血清中活菌数多于牛奶中活菌数,微需氧和烛缸运送下活菌数多于空气和有石蜡油覆盖的运送液中活菌数,微需氧37℃(或26℃)的血清中活菌数多于6℃下的活菌数(P<0
