替勃龙晶型研究

【摘要】

：

替勃龙兼具有雌激素、孕激素及雄激素活性,目前临床上主要用于自然或手术绝经后的各种症状,已上市商品替勃龙片(利维爱,Livial)可用于更年期女性的骨质疏松症。有两种晶型即晶Ⅰ型(单斜式)和晶Ⅱ型(三斜式),其中晶Ⅰ型因其更好地稳定性在制剂产品中应用较广,但两者结晶形态不是完全孤立的,在精制中,当其超过一定的过饱和状态后,晶Ⅱ会在晶Ⅰ上产生结晶,致使其结晶过程不易控制,易得混晶。
