目的 低T3综合征(LT3S)是非甲状腺疾病引起的伴有低三碘甲状腺原氨酸的综合征，多由感染、外伤、心力衰竭、营养不良等全身严重疾病引起，其发生与患者本病的严重程度相关。本研究旨在探究慢性B淋巴细胞增殖性疾病(B-CLPD)合并LT3S患者的预后特征，以指导该部分患者的管理。
