Antrodia camphorata is a medicinal fungus popularly used in Taiwan for cancer treatment and liver protection, and ergostanoid triterpenes are its major bioactive constituents.We studied the chemistry of A.camphorata and employed analytical supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) to effectively separate its epimeric constituents.
