  Chinese government has enhanced the strength on renewable resources development and utilization, and will focus on developing renewable energy as a big act which drives environment protection ,improves energy structure and keeps social and economic development sustainable.Liaoning Province has rich wind resources and favorable terrain patterns, which give this area great advantage of constructing some large scale wind farms.This paper carried out a study on wind energy integration in Liaoning power system based on power balance for keeping the development of wind power generation healthy and sustained.The study mainly focuses on impact of power balance capability by wind energy integration.The study case is given to simulate the impact of wind energy integration based on Liaoning power system and proposal for improving wind energy regulation is presented in the paper.
