Based on the practical situation that the conditions and time were man-made controlled in experiments of coal and outburst, The simulation device of active outburst was designed and developed.Sunjiawan coal mine in Fuxin which is typical high gassy mine as example, the whole processes of outburst induced were simulated by experiments on conditions of joint action of stress and gas pressure near working face in gassy bed when mining depth are respectively 900m, 1100m and 1300m.
