Objective:Detecting blood fibrinogen (Fib), D-dimer (D-dimer) and platelet count (PLT) of the malignant tumor patients with venous catheter, and explore its correlation with.the purpose of this research was to find the relationship of them with thrombosis.Methods: 209 malignant tumor patients with venous catheter、 79 no venous catheter malignant tumor patients and 30 healthy controls were detected D-dimer quantitation and AT activity respectively using the French Stago company STA-R Evolution fully automatic blood clots meter.、 the Japanese company Sysmex XE-2100 1 fully automatic blood cell analyzer.Results: malignant tumor catheter thrombosis group, malignant tumor catheter non-thrombosis group, the malignant tumor non-catheter group compared with healthy control group there were significant differences (P <0.05);Ⅲ, Ⅳ malignant tumor catheter groups compared with Ⅰ, Ⅱ groups there were significant differences (P < 0.05); Venous catheter jams in malignant tumor patients with catheter related parameters before and after the abnormal rate increases.Conclusion The patients with malignant tumor when cathetering, thrombosis risk, and closely related to tumor stage;Before the catheter related parameters abnormal increse the risk of blood clots, Fib, D-dimer and PLT can be used for early thrombosis risk warning.
