本试验研究丁酸甘油酯和精油复合物(Butyrate glycerides and essential oils,BGEO,丁酸甘油 酯:精油=3:1)对肉仔鸡生长性能、屠宰性状、免疫器官指数和肠道菌群的影响,将600只 1日龄罗斯肉鸡随机分成5个处理(对照组,0.5 kg/t金霉素组,0.5、1.0和3.0 kg/t BGEO组),每个处理3个重复,每个重复40只鸡,在试验第45天从每重复选择1公1母进行屠 宰试验.结果表明,第三和第五处理组显著降低了 (P<0.05) 1~45天肉仔鸡的平均日采食 量和料重比,第二、四、五处理组显著增加了(P<0.05) 1~45天肉仔鸡的成活率.第三处 理组显著增加了 (P<0.05)鸡的皮脂率,降低了(P<0.05)鸡的腿肌率和脾脏指数,且显著 增加了(P<0.05)肉鸡盲肠中的乳酸杆菌含量;第五处理组显著降低了(P<0.05)鸡的半净 膛率和腹脂率,增加了(P<0.05)肉鸡回肠中的乳酸杆菌含量.第二处理组显著增加了(P<0.05) 肉仔鸡的肌内脂肪含量.第四处理组显著降低了(P<0.05)肉鸡盲肠中的大肠杆菌含量.由 此可知,BGEO对肉仔鸡的料重比有一定改善,且部分改善了肠道微生态环境,根据上述结果,1.0 kg/t的添加量具有较好的性价比.
