　　Polysaccharides isolated from the seeds of Plantago asiatica L.(PL-PS) are known to increase peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis,system-potentiating and alkaline phosphatase-inducing activities.Dendritic cells (DCs) are professional antigen-presenting cells playing key roles in primary immune response.In this paper,the regulatory effects of PL-PS on maturation of murine bone marrow derived DCs were investigated.
