　　Parkinsons disease (PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disorder after Alzheimers disease.It is caused by genetics,environmental factorsand aging,while there are currently few treatments available.Apoptosis and autophagy playcritical roles in PD pathogenesis;as such,modulating their balance is a potential treatment strategy.
