激光手术因出血少、视野清晰并且几无组织水肿而倍受外科青睐.二氧化碳激光和钕—钇铝石榴石激光(Nd-YAG激光)较常应用于咽喉部手术.二氧化碳激光波长10 600 nm,为不可见的远红外光,易被水吸收,当作用于含水量高的组织时可使组织吸收产生高能量而导致汽化,从而切割组织,作用深度仅为0.2mm,对深部及周围组织损伤轻微,出血极少,比较适合显微镜喉及声带部位病变的治疗.Nd-YAG激光是短波脉冲高能

激光手术因出血少、视野清晰并且几无组织水肿而倍受外科青睐.二氧化碳激光和钕—钇铝石榴石激光(Nd-YAG激光)较常应用于咽喉部手术.二氧化碳激光波长10 600 nm,为不可见的远红外光,易被水吸收,当作用于含水量高的组织时可使组织吸收产生高能量而导致汽化,从而切割组织,作用深度仅为0.2mm,对深部及周围组织损伤轻微,出血极少,比较适合显微镜喉及声带部位病变的治疗.Nd-YAG激光是短波脉冲高能激光,波长为1 064 nm,为不可见的近红外光,可以通过纤维光束传导,因此可在显微支气管镜下通过显微光束将激光送达病变部位,适合于远端气道病变的微创治疗.激光气道内手术最大隐患在于可能引发气道烧伤,且可能伤及相关工作人员.
