Objective: To describe two cases of facial nerve paralysis resulted from intracranial portion injury secondary to blunt trauma without a temporal bone fracture.Methodology: Clinical case report and literature review.Result: One patient regained facial function to Grade Ⅲ House-Brackmann with no asymmetry at rest and the other one patient regained facial function to Grade ⅢⅣ House-Brackman.
