SKP2 is the substrate recognition subunit of the SCFSKP2 ubiquitin ligase complex. It is implicated in ubiquitin-mediated degradation of the cyclin dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor p27KIP1, and positively regulates the G1/S transition.

Neuro-2a neuroblastoma cell line is derived from the mouse neural crest and has been extensively used to study neuronal differentiation, axonal growth and signaling pathways.
Purpose: The aim of the study was to investigate the chronic effects of electromagnetic pulse (EMP) exposure on the memory function of rat pups. Methods: Wistar rats, male or female, were divided rando
Objective: Labeling of the dendrimer nanomaterial—polyamidoamine (PAMAM) with 125I and study its biodistribution in mice.
Purpose: To investigate the effects of exposure to the electromagnetic pulses (EMP) on the filtering ability and the reabsorbed ability of kidney in male Sprague-Dawley rats.
Object: We previously reported that iodine-131(131I)-labeled anti-ProGRP(31-98) monoclonal antibody D-D3 could selectively accumulate in the tumor sites of nude mice bearing small cell lung cancer (SC
Helicases play important roles in nearly all aspects of DNA metabism, acting as critical regulators of genome stability.
Cyclic AMP (cAMP) is involved in the regulation of metabolism, gene expression, cellular growth and proliferation.
Although radiation-induced non-targeted responses, in vitro and in vivo, have been well studied in the past two decades, the precise mechanisms are still unclear.
Purpose/Objective(s): Radiation-induced neurogenesis impairment in hippocampus was considered to play a key role in cognitive deficits arise from exposure to ionizing radiation.
Radiotherapy is one of the best therapeutic strategies for cancer treatment. The cellular response to ionizing radiation (IR) is varied ranging from apoptosis to senescence.
