One of the important characteristics of a nanoparticle is the charge on the surface.To understand the potential interactions between the charge of the nanocarriers and cells is of great importance for developing better and safer carriers.We use a variety of charged liposomes as a nanoparticle model,as well as other cationic materials as controls to observe biological behavior of the treated cells.
