There are two hazardous factors which prevent people from evacuation in emergencies.One is a cognitive predisposition called ‘Normalcy Bias',which makes dull our sensitivity towards risks and feel abnormal situations as normal.The other obstacle factor is in reality not the notorious panic but psychosomatic ‘Freezing' in stupefaction,where the onset of escape is delayed.
