德国AMAV机械设备公司设计生产的全电气控制供料机和剪刀机,运用了交流伺服电机,与目前玻壳生产厂使用中的液压控制供料机和剪刀机相比,有很多优点.如果说液压控制的机械属早期产品的话,那么电气控制的产品则当之无愧属新一代产品了.因为实现了全电气控制,AMAV的供料机和剪刀机有以下特点:首先,供料机和剪刀机精度高,搅拌棒的旋转角度与冲程的位置可以实现完全一致,有利于料型的调整和料重的控制.
