AIM: To investigate the effect and mechanism of large-conductance calcium-activated potassium channel (BK) on the migration of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) induced by platelet-derived growth factor BB (PDGF-BB). Methods: The rat thoracic aortic VSMCs were given PDGF-BB, PDGFR-β interference, BK antagonist IBTX and BK agonist NS1619 treatment 24
