目的 利用基因表达谱芯片技术筛选与构建子宫内膜样腺癌不同预后亚型,并探讨各亚型的特征及相互间的差异性.方法 首先,选取2006-2008年我院收治的子宫内膜样腺癌93例,利用Kaplan-Meier法及COX回归分析筛选出与子宫内膜样腺癌无瘤生存率相关的临床病理因素;其次,采用含492个子宫内膜癌相关基因的定制低密度寡核苷酸芯片检测32例子宫内膜样腺癌组织标本的基因表达谱,通过SAM软件筛选出与病理分级及PR相关的差异基因,随后,找出两组差异基因间的重叠基因作为子宫内膜样腺癌的预后分类基因模型,并利用该模型对32例样本进行无监督聚类,分析聚类组间的预后差异;最后,利用公共生物数据库资源进行功能注释,找出各亚型基因特征性的分子生物学功能.
