目的：使用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight masss pectrometry,MALDI-TOF-MS)鉴定区分宋内志贺菌和大肠埃希氏菌。
目的：研究质谱仪在真菌感染中的应用，评价其鉴定真菌的能力。方法：选取分离自我院住院患者的真菌菌株327 株，用质谱仪进行鉴定和VITEK-2(酵母样真菌)、显微镜检查(丝状真菌)鉴定结果进行比对，结果有差异的用分子生物学方法确定。
